With the help of some amazing brands in the motorsport industry,

The Apex Race Centre is able to bring you an utterly life-changing opportunity for any aspiring driver.

What is it?

The FastTrack to Motorsport is a championship designed to remove a very large portion of the finances taken to get into racing, on the track, as a professional driver. Our 5 stage competition, which will be run from the 7th of August until the 21st of October, will result in 1 skilled driver earning themselves a scholarship worth up to £100,000.

Motorsport on a whole can be a very expensive lifestyle. To start racing professionally, even at the lower levels, it can cost anywhere from £25,000 all the way up to the hundreds of thousands. As quoted by Paddy McGuiness: “No matter how talented you might be, the simple truth is that, without the right connections and a whole heap of cash, it’s nigh on impossible to crack.” Whilst somewhat true, the FastTrack to Motorsport is here to take those who are truly talented and make their dreams come true.

Thanks to the amazing people over at Race Car Experiences, this wouldn’t be possible. What they offer is an incredible and exhilarating experience, where you get to drive around real tracks in their insanely powerful BTCC styled cars. The top three drivers of this championship will be invited to take RCE’s 2021 BTCC spec’d Mercedes A Class around Brands Hatch, for their final test. The Winner will go forward to compete against other drivers in the Team Hard Racing Scholarship shoot-out.

How does it work?

The FastTrack to motorsport has been structured to be as realistic as possible, whilst increasing in difficulty and realism throughout each stage.

In the first 3 rounds, each driver will get 30 minutes on the track to set their fastest lap times. Each round will be staggered; Round 1 starts on the 7th of August, Round 2 starts on the 2st of August and Round 3 starts on the 4th of September.

Each of these rounds will have a different car and track combination which will be released on the day. Consider these qualifications; each of these will be scored based on where you land on the leaderboard.

The top 30 drivers then go through to the semi-final on the 7th of October.

The top 20 of the  semi-finals go onto the final to fight for the podium on the 21st of October.
